As the leading provider of wireless telecommunication towers in the upper Midwest, Great Plains Towers has consistently serviced customers throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, and Wyoming.

As a founding member of the National Association of Tower Erectors N.A.T.E., Great Plains Towers understands the importance how tower safety plays an important role in servicing our customers. Our team of tower specialists are trained in tower safety to better service your telecommunication needs. We also take pride in sharing that we have not experienced a tower fall to date!

Kevin F. Reski is the whole owner, second generation president & CEO of his family started Great Plains Towers (GPT) business which has been operation since the mid 1950’s under different name of Ron’s Electronics up until 1980. Kevin as been full time active in the field & office for 37 years since his father Ronald Reski asked him to join him in the tower business in 1974 after high school graduation at Moorhead High School.

Having enjoyed helicopter & fixed wing training & flight with his own aircraft compelled him to purchase his fourth aircraft, a Piper Chieftain (N378G) plus hire a full time commercial pilot which GPT utilizes for efficient & cost saving of crews transportation.

Kevin’s hobbies also include scuba-diving, motorcycle touring & singing bass (too loud) in his Fargo ND & Billings MT church choirs.

Having served two terms on the board of the National Association of Erectors (NATE) plus ongoing commitment & support while working on committees to provide a safe work environment & procedures for the communication tower industry which develops industry standards & language to help OSHA understand our complex industry.

Kevin & his father have drafted, fabricated & modified many custom hoisting & rigging systems which manufacturers now use as standards of the tower erection industry.

Great Plains Towers started as a 2 man tower service operation in Moorhead MN which now has slowly grown with operational locations in three geographic important locations in two states, West Fargo ND, Bismarck ND & Billings MT with over 40 employees.

Kevin realized the need & opportunity to fabricate their own guyed plus self-supporting towers with standard safety features which include built-in personnel anchorages, built-in worker platforms & built-in safety climb cable systems per requests of clients & safety directors.
