Even seasoned tower workers require ongoing training to ensure proper safety on the job. Our crews go through an in-house climbers' certification and testing program, take part in video training and attend weekly safety meetings which cover various safety-related topics, as outlined by the North Dakota Safety Council & NATE. In addition, we require pre-hire and random drug screenings for all employees.

As a founding member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), we are actively working to standardize safe work practices in our industry. The ultimate goal: to reduce or eliminate the number of needless tower accidents which claim the lives or livelihoods of tower workers and those who work in the industries we serve.
